Turbine account page appears to be not working

With a Lifetime with Lord of the Rings Online since it first came out when Turbine was in charge long ago. Recently went to visit my Turbine Account page and it was blocked with error codes indicating site has been compromised and no longer safe.

Has the Turbine Account's been deleted by Standing Stones Games?
