I'm being told I have low Physical Mastery for running T5 instances (about 134%), but I am not eager to lose crit, finesse or mits.
As someone that came back late last year, I don't have Anvil gear (including some of those relics) so I'm struggling to get my stats to a good place with just MM gear.
I'd appreciate peoples opinions on what are the minimums for crit, finesse and mitigations vs getting phy mastery higher.
i.e. should burgs go more glass cannon or is slow and steady ok (even with an instance full of green clouds)
Current unbuffed stats:
Crit hit chance: 26%
Finesse: 27%
Phy Mastery: 134%
Phys Mit: 36%
Tact Mit: 20%
Essences used: 3xCrit, 4xPhyMastery, 1xTactMit

I could be wrong here but from some of what I know I think that ideally you want 20% crit and you want 200% mastery, I think finesse caps at 25%. I could be off though
You don't need Anvil gear, some people use 2 pieces for the attack duration bonus but as far as stats are concerned new pieces are better
As far as relics are concerned settings, gems and runes can be acquired from the Vales of Anduin (just quest there), for the crafted relics you need Rimes of the Anvil which you can acquire from Anvil runs or side bosses (at least the side bosses are regularly run on my server for Rimes)
Since you only have 8 essence slots it seems your gear isn't as good as it could be..I think current Best in slot gear has around 18 essence slots
So I would say it's less about shuffling your stats around and more about generally upgrading your gear
That said, throw TMit out, 1 essence isn't helping much anyway, and focus on Mastery from now on. Overall your crit rating should be about 3/4 of your mastery rating
The Anvil gear -%Attack duration is the best option if you don't have a red cappy with you. The first -10% Attack Duration from 0% --> -10%% are stronger than the increase from -10% --> -20%. Roughly 5-10% damage increase over a longer period is what you get from wearing the Anvil set. If a red cappy is in a group you can switch to new gear.
