Imbued Legacy change: Blinding Flash targets -> "Light-type" (only?) Damage

    Greetings fellow Loremasters,
A technical clarification, if anyone can confirm:

According to Lotro Wiki, the pre-imbued " +Blinding Flash Targets" legacy (on LI book) will change to "Light and Lightning Damage" legacy on imbuement.

However, when inspecting some LMs with imbued LIs, I noticed this legacy is simply listed as "Light-type Damage".

I myself haven't yet imbued my LIs and want to ensure I get the info right. Is this indeed the same legacy, and does it indeed include Lightning damage bonus too? Or has it been nerfed to only boost Light and not Lightning? Kinda concerned about that legacy name, and if the wiki info is obsolete.
Would be useless to me in red build if it only includes Light damage, but if it still includes Lightning that would be an asset.

It doesn't show it on inspect, because the effect spans two rows, and the LI tooltip shows only the first row. This can be observed for all class legacies that have more than 1 effect (or a particularly long description). Fear not, this legacy affects lightning damage as well.

Edit: Small tip, when you take your item for imbuement, it'll show you what the legacies will look like after, before you actually confirm the process.
