I really don't care about getting LOTRO points back or my other characters- I just want Ervaiel and Angmar. Anyone have any idea what happened or how I can get them back? (Tickets have already been submitted to SSG Help, but no progress yet).

I am having the same issue as you! It has been several years since I logged in and before the company changed hands. I too am missing all characters and have submitted a ticket and posted but still heard nothing back. I am really at this point given up and playing ESO instead as it has support and high pop. I just stopped here on the faint hope someone answered but nada. I wish you luck on finding help with this issue.
