I filled out a bug form for the relentless maul heal a few months ago and still nothing, When in a raid it doesn't heal everyone. It seems the pets are cause it to only heal 10 or 11 people in range. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yeah we've noticed this in our raids too. Got to be a hidden max targets number for the skill.

ive noticed this as well. i chalked it up to remm line of sght issues but you may be on to something.
This is well known, I don’t know if it’s intentional or not, but it’s been 10 targets for a very long time now.
Oh of course, some level of workaround would be to have Captains primarily set their pets on passive and off to the side slightly, the aura should still be within reach and should hopefully not steal your heals, LMs are often pet-swapping anyway so that is a non-issue there, but I think a good change here would be to make it so that the heal component of Relentless Maul ONLY affects Players and not NPCs/Pets(?).
There's also the bug where you can gain/lose 1 tick of the damage and heals based on random luck (since the channel duration includes a fraction), and also the bug that makes the channel cancel at random points if your wrath is below 20 at any time during the skill duration. Or the bug where the cooldown doesn't show properly in man form.
Great skill, buggy as hell.
