>>> This is only for solo playing. Among other players is easy to slam from behind.
Supposedly that I want to receive some morale using the "Any Advantage" trait.
How can I strike from behind using Slam ? Always I am in combat the foe is in front of me.
If my morale goes down and I try move to behind of the foe he moves too and stay in front of me...
how can I proper use this advantage since I never can slam a foe from behind when solo ?

There is a combat state known as knock down, And two skills you can get it from. Learn it live it love it.
Bear form - Rush - [any hit skill in bear or man form]
Correct. though as a yellow or blue line bear, you do have to trait a ways in to red to get it but at max trait points it's fairly easy and you get the +5% crit chance ,a bit better bleed damage, and better Thrash damage getting there, but worth it. Using it gives you the option for up to a 30m range knock down which is really nice.

Yeah, you can set it up with a knock down. But, personally, I don't see the point of the skill, and I don't trait it. You can use it in a FS if someone else is designated to agro mobs. That's relatively easy. However, your roll is likely dps in that scenario, and you aren't going to need it. And, since dps bears aren't necessarily the cream of the crop when it comes to damage...opportunities are few and far between.
I think the skill is a nice idea that looks good on paper. But, the mechanics are dependent on position. And, in this game you could get behind a mob, hit him, and there is the chance it wouldn't register because lag still has you positioned in front of him. Too many variables. All that being said, you already have one of the best self heals in the game with Hearten /Composure....and you can get another self heal in bear form by digging down a little into blue tree (Recuperate). On landscape and in casual instances, you don't need anything else. At cap Composure is going to be giving you 8 pulses of anywhere between 13k and 20k morale. Recuperate will be about half that with a burst on the first pulse (still alot).
Slam is mostly for group play, especially if you have a good Main Tank to keep the mob positioned away from you. I keep it specced even in Solo play because my time is spent more in groups anyway.
One place it is VERY useful in Fellowship is when you have an LM, Guardian, or Burglar who can trigger a Fellowship Maneuver. When intentionally triggered, it is often the case that the party needs a brief pause from pressure and this gives your Bear time to reposition and get a Slam or two in.
