Bar 0 v Bar 1

I've started to sometimes use a second PC for LOTRO and was trying to mirror my UI from my main PC. Issue that I have is that on main PC Bar 1 and Bar 0 (ie the default bar above the experience bar) are completely separate. However, on the second PC they are linked. Every time I add or remove a skill from either bar, the other bar mirrors it. Ive checked all the UI options and can't spot anything different. Any ideas??

Rather than deleting this thread, it would be great if you would describe how you solved your problem in case someone else experience something similar and comes to the forums looking for a solution.
