Recently have raised tier of mischievous glee healing legacy bigger then standard after-imbuing 49 level, and healing drops to basic numbers like 10 to 12k HP.
I remember that before raising tier with emp scrolls healing was like 29 to 33k depends on incoming healing rating.
Anyone can confirm the legacy not working properly or I do something wrong?

Mischievous Glee was changed in U23.5, it now heals for 10% of max health, the legacy and some other stuff that buffs Mischievous Glee is not working atm link to patch notes
There is this dynamic where we have out-levelled base stats and things like agility are good but just can not keep up with mastery or crit rating or even evade if needed.
Burglar's agility is nerfed to no longer give tactical mastery. Our tactical mastery now comes from will, which as i understand a big throw back in time towards pretty unpopular mechanic making burgs that need tactical mastery carry 2 setts of gear.
Why could not we keep agility as the source of tactical mastery as it was for years?

As of now, our healing is not good at all and if paired with need for will stat it is dead in the water.
Removal of derivation of tactical mastery from agility for burglars is a surprise and unwarranted. It was a very much side thing because most people just could not really affect all this things all at same time, attack, debuff, heal. But why completely break the heal as of now?
Please return derivation of Tactical Mastery from agility.
Burglar class is the one that everyone will say to you about: Get good. Also, whole class needs to be nerfed.
Regardless of all of these.
Main characters of LOTR and Hobbit were pictured as "Burglars". So, these two "burglar" characters of books are really the reason why we are all here, in large part.
Granted no one anywhere in these works of fiction ever completed any "Advance" Slayer deeds.
So, yes what we have in the game is a very different idea of "Classes" then could be conceived by comparing book characters of Frodo and Aragorn as warriors.
There are some (much fewer then others) that play this class and would like all available things to "work"
The legacy in question goes from 10% to 146% of what? How one could get healed for 146%?
Could we get this looked in and changed for some reasonable number that works for the types that have it maxed on their LI?
