I'll definitely be adding that one to my collection. I must admit I'm a little bit skeptical of the claim that these are 'previously unseen' documents. I just can't imagine how anything written by Tolkien has escaped the public eye, given the enormous volume of material that has been published since Tolkien's death, but we shall see.
