Continued server issues

When can we expect any improvement into the continued server issues? Not even starting on Bree or Ettenmoors. Just basic logging in and other loading issues.

Logging in on a character first time resulting in no loading bar requiring forced quit and alt+f4 or taskmanager.
Relogging to a character while online resulting in no loading bar requiring forced quit and alt+f4 or taskmanager.
Porting into any housing area with the housing owner not recognized. Or when going from exterior to interior or vice versa. Ownership of the house vanishing into thin air.
Logging in on a character resulting in General Error 0x00000003 with no chat available for the first 5-10 min.
Loading into an instance taking so long before ported that you start to wonder if said instance was even started.

All these happening to many kinnies that some dont even bother logging into the game on primetimes. And no this isn't just "oh but Evernight is just busy".

Monday 13-10 - Having to change kin activities due to instances not loading reliably. Having to postpone crafting requests cause you dont dare to risk a relog.
Tuesday 14-10 - 18:30 Cest, 2 loading screen issues back to back. No chat server for 8 mins. This while there are 650 people online.

All the above have been happening to me a lot.

All year. All days. All hours. All characters.

I swear all this is getting worse, too. I thought maybe it was just this weekend, with the XP weekend going on, but now it's Tuesday and I've been having terrible trouble logging on today and failing to access my housing chest. As I type I'm on my fourth or fifth attempt at logging in my character. And I've decided I'm going to have to radically restructure my storage to use the housing chest only for long time storage, not routine bag emptying as I can access it less and less often. I'll have to try using shared storage to transfer crafting mats between toons. I just hope 20 slots will be enough. I refuse to pay points for extra shared storage just because of the failing Evernight server! I'm already VIP, and buy all the content.

Haven't had much trouble for a long time, but this night can't log in. Each attempt ends on the loading screen which gets stuck and the game freezes.

It's been totally fine now for several weeks, but today it started acting up again. Logging in to the game works fine, but when the character loads, they're completely frozen, like there's no contact with the server.
