Burg heals...

Hello all

I was reading some other posts regarding bob & weave and such; and someone mentioned bumping up outgoing healing to increase its potency...

I was under the impression that all self heals, for any class for that matter, wear affected by Inc Healing, not outgoing... am I missing something, or was something changed?

Non-percentage based heals (one's that have numbers, basically) are affected by outgoing healing (Bob & Weave, Relish Battle and Mischievous Glee HOT are increased by Outgoing Healing).

Incoming Healing affects all healing received, regardless of source.

Generally, I wouldn't advise stacking Outgoing Healing since, as a Burglar, you don't really heal anyone, even yourself. At best, Critical Rating should be a priority.
