Crafting Tiers - Not Showing Sale

Announcement said that crafting tiers were 25% off. Not seeing that reflected in the store.

Did you ever figure out what this meant? I don't see crafting tiers on sale in the store either.

Have to be on the char who has that craft for them to display - same with other things too, must be lvl 15 to see house items since need 15 to buy a house, must be 50 to see solvents etc.

I did not follow up with a help ticket. Sorry.

I could see the crafting tiers just fine. That was not the issue. The issue was that they were advertised as being on sale but, the store had them at full price.
