Tonic Bars - Can't change size

I love Tonic Bars plugin, but I can't seem to find a way to make the icons in the Quickslots change size. When I change the size of the quickslots in the Tonic Bars plugin options, it only changes the size of the background but the skills I place in the slots stay the same size. Can anyone help me with how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Anyone have any idea where to even look in the files so I have a base starting point to figure it out? I also noticed that when I turn off background colors, it works but as soon as I log back in it reverts back to having background colors. Any chance it is a permissions issue with the computer and it isnt saving the data? It does save where I move the bars to though.

If I recall correctly, this is a bug in the Quickslot itself. I don't think the plugin has any control over that. Aka, i think it's a LOTRO bug... been there from the beginning.
