Which of the newer regions we've released do you enjoy the most?

I haven't managed to get to them quite yet but Minas Morgul looks amazing from what I've seen.

I am still having characters do missions and quests in the Elderslade area, so by default, I will pick that area, since I haven't tried out the other two areas yet. I especially like the tune used for the "Shakalush, the Stair Battle" instance. I also really like Tier 1 of that instance, because just about anyone who is level 130 can be included to participate.

This is unrelated to the question, but I would like to say that it was very thoughtful for Hersegg to be chosen for the picture for "Issue 209 of the LOTRO Beacon", since there were some players raving about her in the forums this week.

My favorite area from this past year was Wells of Langflood simply because I love beornings and it was great fun getting to further explore their lands. I loved the quest lines here and thought that the housing furniture rewards were spectacular!! I also really enjoy doing the weekly bounties here, it's a lot quicker than any of the ones from Minas Morgul.

I love the snowy peaks surrounding Mirrormere during the dwarf wars but it is my 2nd favorite of the newest regions. My #1 favorite since level cap is 130 isn't even a cap level area but Wildwood, because i love natural green forest places.

Overall probably Vales of Anduin although navigating is a bit tedious.

    New areas, ya say?

Yes, yes. I'll get there. It's not like there are any new fish out there. It'll still be there when I get there. ...Soon™

As a returner after 5 (6?) years, a lot of areas are new to me I am loving Midsummer Minas Tirith. Yes, I'm sure I'll tire of running the festival quests there after I've run them over and over for a few weeks. But the decorations are just beautiful and the book story was fabulous. I really needed a break from the darkness of Mordor, so I'm especially grateful for this lovely break right at this time.

Well, I personally haven't been kicking around in any of the new areas much; my 130 is always much more concerned with prospecting for my scholar's dye mats and playing Hide and Seek and soloing old instances for housing deco and such. The mission content is not bad for exploring some, though, and the Wildwood missions have been enjoyable (though somewhat sparse, especially in comparison with the sheer magnitude of dwarf-themed mission content).

I am excited to check out the new area by Dimrill Dale, but a) I'm festivalling, b) I'm really tired of dwarf stuff because as great as they are, there has been a LOT about them lately, and c) I'm not sure what character to take there because I have yet to hear anyone mention what level it is. Besides, I am currently enjoying hanging out in Ithilien and the Wastes on Ithil-I-mean-Anor.
From Crickhollow and Ithil, to Anor, now on Landroval and Treebeard
I guess it's really about the journey after all.

War or the Three Peak story good, but missions so stupid. I did all 80 mission and can't remember at least one with interesting ideas.

It's not really new, but I've been really enjoying Western Gondor.
