What folder saves UI changes?

I need to identify which folder saves keymapping changes for the UI.

Background: After upgrading to WINDOWS 10, all my various folders became protected and read only. So, for example, I had to change settings in some folders to allow my plugins to operate or ABC files to play. However, I still cannot save keymapping changes. The changes last only for that session of play. I assume the folder needs its permissions to be changed.

In your ~/Documents/The Lord of the Rings Online folder, you will find a file called lotro.keymap which is where all your keybinds are saved.

On a Windows box, you will find it in My Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online.

You might be able to solve your problem by running LOTRO as Administrator.
