Chapter 2.1 - Heirloom of the Riddermark, started North Downs slayer deed while in Rohan?

So while fighting off the first two corrupted wargs that showed up as part of the quest, I got a "New Deed: Warg-Slayer". I either click the notice or open my deed log, and it's open to the North Downs page and shows I've killed 2/60 wargs.

Now, to be fair, I have both Warg-Slayer of the Eastemnet and Westemnet deeds in progress, both those are at 75 and 17 respectively.

Is this a glitch? I don't think I opened the deed log before since logging in. Or is there a larger story behind these wargs?

P.S.: I see what that Bard of Rohan was on about with skill swapping- the question is, how does he remember?

This is technically a glitch: while making the ten (at the time) Corrupted Heirloom quests, I realized I needed wargs for this one too -- but having just made wargs for the quest in the North Downs, I decided I could reuse those. The real fix for this is to make the wargs not count for any deeds, which I probably should have done at the time.

As an aside, is there any particular reason why when you complete a deed and open the notification, that it shows nothing but a huge list of completed deeds on that particular area or log? for months now mine show nothing and i literally have no idea which deed i just completed unless there is a follow on deed which does show when clicked on and then I can realise which deed just updated??

Yes. This is a bug which bothers me since months. I does not affect all deeds. But a lot.

I'm sorry that you have the same issue but I am relieved that it isn't just me. I did bug it months ago but obviously not made it to the top of the list yet.
