Log in issues with Standing Stone Account

Why is my Standing stone account log in different from my game accounts???

I used the correct account name and passwords yet I can’t log in to any of my multiple account through
Standing Stone Games!!

Seems to be an issue with the game's login, your account hasn't been stolen, the game isn't authenticating anyone's login properly right now it seems.

Yesterday I was online and everything was working.

Authentication servers down for both DDO and LOTRO. It's not anything on our end, guess its time to decide what to do with my last 2 remaining hours before work

For me it fails in connecting to patch server it stuck in 33% then fails

for me Its not even getting to the login screen its still in the screen were it checks for updates

I haven't been able to log in since 8 am est. Yesterday no trouble at all. Today I've changed pw and all, submitted two tickets, and nothing. Glad to know I'm not alone, but I hate it for all of us. Saturday is a busy day for this game to be not working. Ugh.
