High Above Gundabad?

Can anyone direct me to High Above Gundabad? I seem to have missed the epilogue on one of my characters and would like to complete it. I need to get to HAG to pick it up, but I can't figure out how to get there. I read a post that said to use a weapons rack in Welkin-lofts, but I don't see it near the stable masters. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't tried this but it's probably the weapon rack you go to during the epic where the goblin takes the axe.

This is the correct spot, but the weapon rack isn't usable -- it just marks the start of the sloping path that leads up to High Above Gundabad. Once you find the weapon rack again you climb up the slope and there's a glowy symbol that marks the entrance.
