The Thinking Fox

I haven't played the game in over year, but the Thinking Fox from The Fellowship of the Ring is in the game, right?

"A fox passing through the wood on business of his own stopped several minutes and sniffed. ‘Hobbits!’ he thought '... There’s something mighty queer behind this.’"
("Three is Company", p. 72)

If I remember correctly the fox should be near Woodhall if I remember correctly, and it's differentiated from other fox NPCs as it doesn't have a number on its healthbar (usually fox NPCs have 2/2). I think its name might be yellow as well?

Could someone tell me if I'm correct and send screenshots of the fox NPC if I am right? Thanks.

There is indeed a yellow name fox near Woodhall somewhere. Sorry I don't have pics, but I think you have to talk to him for one of the chicken play quests.
