Some outfits are broken

I don't know if anyone has ever posted or mentioned this, but it's been going on for months now.

Some "full body" outfits like the Fisherman's Waistcoat are not displayed correctly anymore. It seems this happens to tall characters, while for smaller races like hobbits or dwarves it may still work (unconfirmed though). Does anybody else has noticed this and do you know if a bug report was filed and the issue is being looked at?

What seems to be happening? Is it only showing on your torso and not including the trousers?

AFAIK these outfits still work on the little folk- however there remains the issue of the "transparent waistband" where you can look straight through your character when they bend at the waist (e.g. riding on a pony)
