It does seem like they all point to English notes unless I am mistaken :-)

The web site language changer is in the lower right of the front page, there is a drop down menu to select the language. I too have noticed that the web site is not responsive in allowing you to change the URL for example and then see the page; this is something we may be able to correct in the future. So, change the language on the web site using the drop down and you should be able to see the language of your choice.

Yes, the missing N is my error ;-)
It is about how bad (for example) the German patch notes are. Totally mixed things together ...so German players will have to do a scavenger hunt to figure out which point belongs to which "headline".
