The 4-set Hiddenhoard Thunder bonus seems to not be applying the intended 30% lightning mitigation reduction. I tested the set on boss 1 t4 and it barely made any difference compared to not using the 4-set bonus. Please, look into this issue and fix the lightning mitigation reduction.
