Game Asset Housing Decoration Suggestions

I agree that the trees in the elven area of Ered Luin and in Falathlorn are magical! It's still one of my favourite places in the game.

Until we get the pink and white flowered trees, I've been using the myrtle trees to create a similar environment. They're only in pink, but are quite beautiful with lovely bark. I put four or five in the yard of my Temple of the Four Elements house in Belfalas - really creates a wonderful atmosphere

Agreed Ty- I have a couple of those! its a lot of vetchlings! Hehehe (*I do wish they'd revisit the costs at the Henneth Annun vendors and make them.... 5 vetchlings per tree instead of 50 hehehehe )


I think one of the greatest mysteries for me with the cherry trees is that............... they are basically repaints of the Bree-land Elm Trees that are available for cheap silver at a Housing Furnisher in either Bree or the Cape of Belfalas. So, pink and white variations of the green trees we already have.

So............ would it be possible to simply replicate those Elm Tree assets in the pink and white variations at the Falathlorn and Gondor furnishers? Pretty please, Scenario?

I would love to see a 'bar counter', like the new Hobbit one from the Yondershire but "man-sized".... like the one in the Inn in pre-destroyed Archet.

I've wanted to create a player RP tavern forever, but it's hard to build a realistic looking counter with rows of bookshelves half buried in the floor.. lol

All the stuff mentioned so far are great, too (though some have since been added, so thank you!).

That large 'garden' would be wonderful, too, for a farm. ::nods::

Also -- very wishful thinking -- would it be possible to get more 'npcs' from the curator or figment vendor (or anywhere else, really) that don't necessarily function as merchants but can be used as 'living decorations' in houses? Like an Innkeeper or Barkeep or Waitress (yes, my tavern idea.. )... or a stablemaster to set next to the stable yard decor we already have... or a trainer who wanders back and forth and evaluates you as you smack a training dummy...etc...etc... lol

OK @Scenario, my first post here will be very humble but with some quite essential additions:



DECENT 'REGULAR' SOURCES OF LIGHT

With the default lightning effect as the one at the /loc provided (I checked and chose *decent* ones, with an effective/visible lightning aura). In the housing the lightning/fiery effect would be there immediately (so no need to 'use' item!).

Because there is really no way to *naturally* enlighten our houses and set the mood. Only the over-the-top per-room-basis colorful filters added with Rohan but nothing like simple standalone torches or things like that... with a natural fiery aura around them, like many of the game assets' use. Also, I know there are some festival bonfires but they are entire sets with seats/festival-bound/hard to get by and also.. never had them so not sure whether they even make a decent fiery effect. But these suggested below that are used throughout the game encampments certainly do.

Currently trophies and bookcases are the only large scale items available for housing. We need more of the basic housing items to be large for the housing that has been released. The meadhalls all over Rohan, including Edoras, have the most wonderful, huge banners hanging in them from the walls or banisters. They fill up those massive halls and make them feel more like the meadhalls we visited and fell in love with. The gigantic space inside the meadhalls is too massive for the smaller wall hangings we have available to use now.

Additionally, they are perfect for Erebor housing as well.
