I found this friendly fellow out of the way at Cragan Bris, Car Bronach, Gundabad, after fighting his rude former companions. The poor guy sat alone with his goat herd. He is constantly being pestered by tiny horseflies (or maybe goat flies) that i can't see but he seems to shush away. I think that we can do more for him & make him a bit happier. Can we have a quest for him called: "Seven with one blow!" about killing a swarm of 7 goatflies? The quest can have a 1 minute timer & the swarm of 7 will agro you at once you at once. The reward can be a cute tittle with the similar phrase: "Killed seven with one blow" & maybe even a nice chest outfit piece with a wide belt slinged that have runes reading the same as the tittle.

There should have been a quest to make him unexiled actually if we truly want to make him happy or at least make him appear alongside the chieftain in the final instance - the distrust of the Angmarim he was exiled for was actually shared by his chief only he pretended to play along with them at first so..... uh no, life so unfair for smart giants other than chief who speak their mind

I totally agree. It i can only hope that is implicit that the chieftain will call him to his side, but it would have being a perfect ending to have 1 last quest to deliver him a message about his citizenship restored. I don't think he want to leave alone his precious goats for too long, even less to live in tower without edible grass for his herd.
I still think that a future quest chain, where Brave Little Explorers help him, can cheer him up greatly & maybe bring a smile to all that recognize the story.
