140ize older raid given long duration to next raid.

If the next raid is coming at the end of 2023, then it makes sense to 140ize one of the non 140 raids and put 140 rewards in said raid. Otherwise its too long a time for Hiddenhoard to be the only end cap raid. Ideally, you could create a 140 version of Orthanc, so that there would be two versions of Orthanc in the instance finder, the current and another option that reads " Orthanc ( 140 ) ". It will of course require effort to move Orthanc to the t1-5 system but you already have all the fight designs, bosses, art, etc. If that is too much work, then choose one of the more recent fixed level raids ( Abyss, Throne, Anvil, etc... ) and convert that to t1-5 at 140. Or perhaps just add tiers to the existing scalable raids ( Ost Dunhoth, Barad Guldur ). Key is they need 140 rewards. There are already many great encounters in this game which are inaccessible due to scaling or rewards. It always surprises me when you choose to create new combat content types ( mounted combat, skirmishes, epic battles, missions, ) versus scaling the existing content.

Severlin talked about it in his stream. The summary is right here in this forum.

"Update 35 "Instance Cluster" with extra tiers next year, hoping for more than one 3-man and one 6-man (21min, 45min, 52min). Next raid will be late next year, probably not with Update 35 (54min)"

If that is not a mistake of some sort, it's going to be a big problem. People are not going to wait for another year or more for another raid. They will move on to other games.

Agree on the raid, if nothing else give some good rewards and rebalance Woe, Ago, AM and Stairs to make them worth running at 140.

Edit to add, doing this will give players some reason to login for the next 3-4 week. Not sure what we're going to do for the next 13 months. We lost so many good players when Turbine did this at the level 100 cap, I hope this isn't going to be our fate again.
