Yup same. Also seems to be affecting the +1 hope trivial items such has the Horn of Dwarrowdelf and the Glass of Aglaral. Oddly (or perhaps not) It doesn't affect the +5 hope tomes from the store.

I have not yet logged on to the game, but that seems like a major bug..... does this affect all classes or just the revamped mini? (If so, can it be circumvented by having someone else tap a hope token in a fellowship?)

the only 'Hope' item working for me is the VIP perks +1 token.

It's an item jewellers can craft that adds hope to the group. This has an effect on some stats and combats the dread that remains throughout the game. The latter 3 tiers of which all show an Ironfold description on the buff but additional resistance to distinguish them from another lesser tier. Their minimum usage requirement ranges from 51 to 51 between 51 and 140 with higher usage requirements between. It's a craft item so not maintained with any thoroughness or logic.

Hope Tokens, Healing Salves, and items like the Fire-Breathing potions all give "The skill cannot be used." message. Doesn't matter which class tries it.

Did they lower or readjust the effectiveness/value of these items and that is why they no longer work?

Fire-Breathing potions are purely cosmetic from the summer fair.

It also goes for the use of Supreme Physical Mitigation Tomes (6 hours), Supreme Tactical Mitigation Tomes (6 hours) and Scroll of Finesse bought from the Lotro Store. They can no longer be used either.

The +5 hope from Hobbit Gifts seem to work. The crafted tokens look broken.

Add Harbinger's Cloak to the pile of items receiving this error message. I have to unequip it, then equip it for for the buff to trigger, so there is that workaround for equippable clickies at least.

I have a cloak that I get with every new character that has a +run speed on it. It is also not working. I get the same error message "That skill cannot be used".

Took my 140 Shield-wielding Red Guard off to Besieged for some Nazgul slaying yesterday, before the Thursday reset. I can't remember how long it's been since he's found himself at a rezz circle, years perhaps. He scoffs at 30 second lag spikes but the lack of a hope pot had me rethinking my usual cavalier attitude...

Someone on Belegaer reported that his Glass of Aglaral would work. I thought that it had been lying in the vault or a chest, because no one would carry this around in their inventory. So I had an idea... put the non functional edhelharn into storage, and pull it back out...
