- Sprint is an obvious first start. The tracery should give something like 5-10s duration at teal quality instead of the absurd 30s
- Essence of the Resolute is busted, greatly increasing the efficacy of the class in all forms of content, and for a singular essence slot. These essences should have been level-capped to 105 across the board a long time ago, there's no need for them to still be causing balance issues this many years later (the same can be said of general trigger essences)
- Speaking of Fight On, the associated tracery has no business turning the skill into a throughput increase. It's a defensive CD, please change the tracery to give the equivalent +10% mits, instead of +10% crit chance
- This is mainly for the sake of PvMP (not sure you'd trait this in PvE anyway) but Dire Need should not be accessible while traited red or yellow
- "Hamstring’s cooldown has been increased to 20s, up from 4 to 5s. Its slow duration has been lowered to 8s, down from 20s."
Totally crazy that this sentence was ever written down in your patch notes. Not only that, but it was put into the game, and has remained this way for eight and a half years. Please, revert this.
Of course, the associated trait and tracery would need adjustment. Probably at the very least - remove the duration increase from the tracery, and the knockdown from the trait
This is far from an exhaustive list, given things like Champion's Duel, CBR, and Renewing Strikes exist, but at that point we're talking serious dev time to rework and readjust the class in more ways than can be feasibly asked for right now.
I'm sure there will be disagreements and pushback, but please ask yourself if the things you're fighting to keep are at an appropriate level of power, make sense from a design standpoint, or if they may be causing issues in various parts of the game.
