I watched Exception - the art direction was a bit nuts but yeah, as hard-ish scij-fi it was fairly decent. As an anime it's oddly retro, there used to be more stuff like that from anime studios in the past but you seldom see it nowadays.

Love, Death & Robots is pretty good if you haven't seen that, it's an anthology series and the animation style varies between episodes. Some better than others and some episodes are startlingly brutal.

I watched The House as well, that's quirky and weird.

The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf was okay

The Summit of the Gods is good (it's based on a manga, but it's a French animation)

The Liberator is good as well, it's set during WW2 (in a similar vein to Band of Brothers) - they've used a CGI technique similar to rotoscoping so it's sort of live action blended into animation.

That's what comes to mind, anyway. Plus some other stuff I started watching but didn't finish.
