Has anyone here ever watched any anime or any animated adult oriented shows on Netflix? I'm currently on one called "Exception", so far, not bad.

"Grandchildren are God's reward for not killing your children when you wanted to."
I watched Exception - the art direction was a bit nuts but yeah, as hard-ish scij-fi it was fairly decent. As an anime it's oddly retro, there used to be more stuff like that from anime studios in the past but you seldom see it nowadays.
Love, Death & Robots is pretty good if you haven't seen that, it's an anthology series and the animation style varies between episodes. Some better than others and some episodes are startlingly brutal.
I watched The House as well, that's quirky and weird.
The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf was okay
The Summit of the Gods is good (it's based on a manga, but it's a French animation)
The Liberator is good as well, it's set during WW2 (in a similar vein to Band of Brothers) - they've used a CGI technique similar to rotoscoping so it's sort of live action blended into animation.
That's what comes to mind, anyway. Plus some other stuff I started watching but didn't finish.
Thanks Rad, much appreciated!

To Rad's list I would add one called "Pantheon". I started it recently since I spend some nights at the hospital with my mom.

I watched one called Children of the Whales and it was kinda dumb.
I watched Violet Evergarden, and it was kinda sappy but probably alright if you like that sort of thing.
I've seen Cowboy Bebop and it's a classic, and good.
I also watched Pokemon with my daughter and it was...Pokemon. Not really an adult show but it's anime.
Paint the Sky with Stars
I've heard a lot of praise for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. It's too edgy for me, so I haven't seen it. But if you are into that sort of thing, I hear it's really well-done.
Paint the Sky with Stars
Starts off okay, story's fine and there's that typical 'neon noir' vibe at least for episodes 1-6. There's a time-shift forwards between episodes 6 and 7 and it starts to come apart after that. By episodes 9 and 10 it's sadly lost the plot, the action scenes get more and more cartoonish to the point of absurdity (or are just plain bad) and that robbed the ending of whatever impact it might have had (for me anyway) as that had really taken me out of it. So on the whole it got a thumbs up from me, just that caveat on the last couple of episodes.
I just saw the original Ghost in the Shell on Prime. I had heard about it, but never saw it before. Good stuff!
