Expedition of the Mighty Court is broken: Missing NPCs

Starting another toon into Gundabad. One of the most basic quests is this one. Igor, oh, Ingor, sends you to four npc's to get landscape quests. It hasn't been a problem. Now, the two npc's by the forge in Maergrind are MIA. I ported out and back. They didn't appear. I exited the client and started a new one. They didn't appear.

Does SSG need to restart the server for them to re-appear?

Usually in the times I have had the same issue , I end up being a level or 2 to low or have not done the proper lead ups .
Especially when the epic quest giver hands you off to non epic quest npc .
Don't know if this is your problem .

Sigh. No, it is not. As I mentioned, it's not a quest ring that's missing, it's the NPC. In addition, I had a kinnie who is 140 come and check, and they aren't there -- also mentioned in my original post.

First time I've had a quick chance to log into the game since the Wednesday reboot. The npc's are there so I was able to pick up the quests.

Reboot did it.

Very strange; I did this quest with five twinks without any problems; today I startet the Gundabad quests with my beorning and when I wanted to finish this quest, the two dwarves were not there. I could see the rings, and when I clicked the rings it looked like them being downstairs.
