Lost Lore of Gorgoroth: Talath Urui

I've been searching for the lost lore pages of Talath Urui but one of them eludes me - Page 11. The wiki says it's in Naerband on the bottom level of the torturer's room. I found a small room at the end of a hallway with Naerband Torturers but no pages. An older thread mentioned a central grate with a staircase near it but I haven't been able to find this either. Can anyone help me out with further clues or a screenshot so I know what to look for? This is the only lost lore quest I haven't finished and it's driving me nuts!

entrance -- long walk north -- after 30 metres left -- upstairs and left -- upstairs go right and left, then downstairs -- then you see something like a prison on the left; in this prison (northwest corner) there is a small stair.
