Where's Ferocious Strike?

Reset the traits, checked the toolbars and Ferocious Strike is missing. It's not in my Skills panel either.

I've had it for years. Where'd it go and how do I get it back?

FS is in your red skill tree. 4th tier, left side. Skill trees were reset with U34, so put some points there.
