Before the Shadow new Prologue?

Before the Shadow is shown as a Level 1 - 32 zone. Does that mean there is a new accompanying prologue and intro in that zone or do we do one of the old Prologues and then jump into the new zone?

I read somewhere that it was a brand new starter zone for all the races (new characters only) so I'm guessing they'll put stuff in place so you don't have to jump out of it.

There will definitely be a new instanced beginning for new characters. We know that because they recently said that all the content will be available for high level players except the very first starting sequence, which require you to create a new character in order to experience it. It will be common to all races. When you create a character of any race you will be able to pick the classic beginning experience or the Before the Shadow one (if you purchased the expansion, of course).

So let's say you want to use a current character, what part of the new content can you run?

i.e. as from what level does the new open area start, without counting the prologue/intro, which a current character cannot backtrack into?

All for a new starting exp given I've been doing the same ones for a decade, however, I'd like to see a free skip button on the old Intros that starts you at level 5 in the appropriate zone. Not unreasonable, eh?

I created a new character. game crashed while loading the new shadow starter. Took me to the old starting scenario. I did it again with with the same result, only this time, it didn't crash.
Don't advertise new sequences until you fix your game. I have a Gaming Laptop with a NVidia GEForce GTX 1660.
Apparently this happens all the time. It does for me & I am a VIP member. FIX THE DAMN GAME!!

Actually it does not bunp you to level 5 after the Intro, you start swanfleet at level 1. Terrible bug.
