I love this quest!
(Coruwen's Clensing). Kudos for having me explore the map further. A straight-line run from Lintrev to the waterfall did not work right -- I ran past the right spot, and probably chose the wrong waterfall! Note to others: on this quest, pay attention to notifications, it's not hard to go to the wrong spot to pour your concoction.

I randomly picked heading to the right of the waterfall thinking I needed to get to the top of it which was the wrong tactic, and found my newbie alt running hella ways counterclockwise until I found the path to the local landscape top, but eventually came around to the right place. However, if you enjoy the landscape as I do, it is a reward in itself.

If LotRO keeps making such beautiful landscapes as Swanfleet, it makes it harder for me to spend time in the older landscapes. I've played since year 1, and really enjoy the more recent landscape mixtures. Rocky outcrops are more interesting than mere hills, and the flowers are gorgeous. This reflects my enjoyment as an explorer. I've been a completionist, but the new starter region in Swanfleet+Cardolan, and the early-mid regions in the Angle and the Wildwood are strong pulls for me to consider skipping the alternatives. I don't know if to say "thank you" or "curse you" Perhaps the older regions can receive more of the love shown in the newer ones -- I've seen excellent improvements to these, but more would be swell, assuming the player base would appreciate it as I do.

Can someone please tell me know to finish this awful quest? I have spend 2 hours, kin mates have come and spent an hour, nobody can figure out how to use this phial. Please!

Go to near the bottom of the waterfall, look for some buckets onshore . Make sure you have the quest up in the quest tracker. you should get a notification that you in the right area. When the red border disappears around the vial icon on the quest tracker right click on that icon.
