Can't advance quest "Repairing the bridges of Glyn Helyg"

For the Swanfleet quest "Repairing the bridges of Glyn Helyg", I'm not able to move past the "Gather chopped wood" step. I have explored the 2 areas marked on the map, on both sides of the river, but I cannot find any trees or any items that I can interact with. Has anyone else been able to do this quest? What might I be missing?

Man, I just came back and managed to finished that one... turned out you're supposed to be killing non-aggressive trees... and they get defeated and have this animation of being chopped to dust...

It looks like the devs wanted to offer "look, cool animation!" experience but it's hella confusing, the quest text (and what she said) made me think I was supposed to gather some wood that was already chopped, NOT damage the trees adjacent to her location.

Oh wow, thanks! If I had only tried using tab target in the area more than a few times. Those trees just blend in with the rest otherwise, plus I'm quite trained in looking for a targetable object, not an immobile living creature, for that type of scenario.
