where is Vordugur?

I am trying to do the Captains of the Host quest in Pelennor and I cannot find the last captain Vordugur. I have spend ages in the camp that has the quest ring and is indicated as the location of the captain, but I can't spot him. Has anyone else had this trouble or have any suggestions?

Each of these 3 captains has a handful of possible spawn locations. Unlike RTs, once killed, they randomly respawn in one of their other possible spots.

The first capt. has a grouping of spots north along the "road."

The second capt. has a couple of spots to the south, midway between the first and third captains.

The third capt. has several spots at the southernmost point. This is Vordugur. He does not necessarily appear at the rings, and he may appear at spawn spots just outside the blue circle on your map. I have seen him at 3 different locations, all in one of the camps to the SE off the hill top.

I found him at approx. 71.3, 17

I tracked them all with the hunter... as well as the lizard boss in the cisterns, that one also seems to have more spawn spots.

I found him at 17.4 , 17.1

After wandering around for an hour, I found him at 71.2, 16.3

I found that by running back and forth for a while eventually he spawned at 71.2s 16.3w and its not as if someone had jst killed him He just eventually appears there... grrr

Thread necro because this forum post was the first result I got when searching the internet for "Vordugur" and he is still elusive in 2022 (almost 2023). Like the people from years ago, I murdered the other Captains for this quest easily but had trouble finding this last guy. He was nowhere in the indicated quest area, and checking the locs recommended by other posters did not help me find him. But I noticed there were other orc Captains in the quest area that were Signature rank, and I wondered if they might be placeholders or share a spawn with the bad guy I wanted. I started killing them and the named I wanted did spawn in one of the camps shortly after.

So I guess if you're stuck looking for Vordugúr, maybe give it a try.
