My toolkit has been missing since the transfer from Anor to Crickhallow. I could not transfer all my characters, so some got deleted. in the process my toolkit disappeared.

No one responds to Support ticket using the rules I am given for contacting support. Also, no support through the game forums... So, is there really anyone out there that cares about its Paying customers??
