That's the best I managed to do given yard distance constraints and - unfortunately - how many of these new decos are huge yard only... wish some of them were just yard and open game! But well, still nice, and better thematically than what I used to have on this side
Color a bit off though, great region design assets for Cardolan but generally not that "cozy" for housing I guess... unless you wanna build a dark fortress or something... Hmm, maybe if we could have the Evendim tower... then I will definitely replace with that one But that goes for many of the old Arnorian assets, tbh. Seems like they're more useful for housing - the old walls aren't as bold which makes them more useful in housing, and the colors are a bit more neutral. But in time, I hope we can get some of those too : D and some way to play with those in general... I contemplated to buy a new house for Cardolan pieces but... there is really nothing to buy it seems. Both Rohan and Belfalas don't really offer much of needed maneuverability with yards and Erebor isn't exactly open-field. I wish we had full-on yard maneuverability like in Erebor + housing with a yard being this larger open field to play with all these pieces (maybe have a stream run through some yards too so we can place our own stairs, bridges and things like that, would have been cool!)
I heard you talk about some fences - ? - in future housing, and it's great you guys are coming up with ideas, but if the new housing has greater yard practicality (like in Erebor) then I sure hope there is an option to have a "fence" disabled (so there is nothing there). The sentiment here with such cool yard pieces is that we want to build / plan our own fences, walls, arches and whatnot the way we like them not have a predetermined line of a mandatory fence. I mean, maybe a fence could be useful too, but in case it doesn't exactly correspond with someone's idea, then better to be able to disable - just saying : )
PS: Erebor also has this problem of being built into a mountain and pretty non-spacey... whereas with Erebor's kind of maneuverability there would be so many cool options to move that tower into the actual Belfalas house and like... make all our houses different, expand on them, have our own additional balconies with stairs leading to them or just an additional tower here or there, or a set of statues attached somewhere up there on walls... Please please please..... waiting for that to be possible...

OK, I managed to do a bit more. Though still a chore with some hook distances and some of the useful pieces that I couldn't use here really ought to be yard not huge yard. I can understand limiting some structures to Enormous or Huge but a piece of a tiny wall or archway as Huge is really not practical at all. (and doesn't appear to make sense either, with how huge some Yard pieces can be). Also, we have a lot of these older items, like the old Arnorian gazebos that should be reclassified as Yard rather than Enormous, so we could make more use of them.

Nice work. Is that ?5? Cape Road, the lot all the way on the east side of the Belfalas map? It took me weeks scouring the lot openings every night waiting to get my hands on that one.

I chose that lot because of the 'privacy' and the views clear of other building clutter in almost all directions. Directly across from the front door is the big hill and then of course the best view, the open sky to the east highlighting the morning sunrise.
