Gladden server here, without any chat channel since 9 AM till now. Nothing fixed yet.

yeaahh i had problems too but reloged to another character and back helped some times once some times 2,3,4 but it worked

make sure you have the proper LOTRO ports open.
This isn't a lotro issue, this is Windows closing ports it thinks 'don't need to be open' Windows assumes it knows best and has gotten much worse about this in Window 10 ( and even worse in Windows 11 )
When you experience a crash, or a change in the usual internet protocols ( this can be simple as a spkie from your ISP ) Windows may decide to close those ports. Usually these ports are on a timer when closed and re-open in 5 to 10 minutes. If they do not, chances are you did not have them selected as to be opened and Windows blocked them.
go to the tech section here on forums and find the ports needed for LOTRO and open them as instructed.

This does not happen ( very often ) on Linux or Mac.
