Carry-alls now in LOTRO store

I’m very happy for David and the many others who have been clamoring for the opportunity to spend their LOTRO Points on Task Carry-alls. I picked up 3 when they were in the store for a week one time 2 or so years ago and they really are a super convenience. I might even buy one more for a different server now that they’re available in the store permanently. I got a Dye Carry-all with an expansion purchase recently or I’d be picking up one of those for sure.

Two questions, I don’t expect an answer to the first one:
1- Why didn’t the team put the other Carry-all types in the store, too? Housing, Instrument… um, Healer’s. Did I miss one? I’d like an Instrument Carry-all.
2- A Junk Carry-all? Does that mean the stuff that stacks to 50 and almost looks like a Task item except it’s worthless other than its vendor sale value? What is the point of this? If you get vendor trash you sell it to a vendor, or if your bags are full and you need room for something else you just destroy it. Can you sell the junk out of the carry-all or do you need to transfer it to inventory first? Either way, I really don’t see the practical value of this thing.

Ditto + players been BEGGING them to put carry alls in store for more than a year. Is a shame not all of them are there tho - echo housing of which I wanted the most. Deco du Melieu has more than 2200 housing items and it's not complete . . . 200 or more slot housing carry alls are needed!!

The Junk Carry-all does have one use I can think of; it's the Vales quest that has you fishing up old boots and rusty swords. Seems rather niche.

Has anyone got one and discovered if the functionally to allow one to "Sell All" to a vendor has been implemented? Ofc such functionality would be most unwelcome in other carry-all types, obviously.

This item (The JUNK Carry-all) is either a Godsend or the single most totally useless item that has ever appeared in the Store. If it is a carry-all that we can put whatever we wish into it (housing items, runes of enhancement, etc.) then it is worth it's weight in LP. If it is a carry-all for vendor trash then it is completely useless to all VIP players and also not of any use to F2P/Premium players, making it the biggest waste of LP ever in the Store. When can we get verification of what it actually is?

Task carry-alls are listed under "Limited time", I hope that's an oversight and they're permanent.

None of the carry-alls are listed in the "New to LOTRO store" section. Instead it has "Further adventures of Elladan & Elrohir", but doesn't have "Before the Shadow".

Gotta search by "carry-all" keyword, then they all show correctly.

The Junk Carry-All contains vendor trash items, the items you receive while playing that are there to be sold for coin. Players are correct that this item has limited usability, since you can't sell directly from a Carry-All. It does, however, consolidate these items from going into your wider inventory, which can be of value to some players. Ultimately, it is one of the variety of Carry-Alls that were made, and we're releasing it in the Store for those who do see value in it.

Not every player have thousands and thousands LP and nothing to buy with them. Some of them even can't donate for LP because of current situation in the world

I keep one each of the Gundabad trash items in my bags and sell periodically. It's only seven (?) slots, but I would get a 10-slotter just because. Inventory management is the new meta-game.

I have one problem with all of this... I've already purchased all of the supporter packs, special packs, what ever packs in the store that gives me lotro coins along with what ever else comes in that pack lol.

Do you think it would be possible for SSG to create a new supporter pack to sale right now, so I will have a reason to spend $100 other than JUST to buy a few carry-all bags? I mean, I will end up spending the money, but it sure would be nice if I had some alternative reason for spending the money other than just because I needed a few more carry-alls to add to my collection of 6 I already have. LOL
