What happened to epic conclution animation?

I can't see Epic conclusion animation between caster and the target anymore, not mine, not anyones. Checked all the settings I could find but theres only a small lightning bolt infront of the caster's hands but not the big bolt to the target. What's up with that?

I just tested this and confirmed that there is no longer an animation which covers the distance from the caster to the target – just a spray in front of the caster.
