Game randomly completely and iinstantly exits

Sometimes whilst wandering around the landscape, the latest with the the great river region the game will just disappear.

There is no warning, lagging or error message. The game is running fine and then it completely gone.

This is rather irksome.

Crashes like that sound like a lack of memory or faulty memory, or perhaps a corrupted driver or game .dat file.
