Even though the evil clans of the Hill-men of Rhudaur have claimed the land around the Cairn of Honour, it still stands as a symbol of respect to those few Hill-men who resisted the Shadow in the East.

Hmm, both pictures include the drake-snake-human statue (dunno what it's called), but with different things in the background. This way people will be driven to think the cairn IS the statue. =S
