Re: Feature Article Feedback: Hero's Guide to the Trollshaws
Right now I am of level to start entering the Trollshaws and I love the area. The autumn look, the peaceful music, it is pretty, and of course it has dwarf iron nodes.
My first experience was running my level 20 alt through from OG in the LL to Rivendell in order to advance that alt as a scholar. That track up from the ford was quite scary as a level 20, but a click of the milestone meant I don't need to run it again at that level.
My second experience was entering Giant Valley in need of the giant boar flank. (I did this at 29) and seeing purple mobs. Got the flank though.
After these visits I have only just started on a few of the quests at the last bridge, have gotten my boar dagger (this quest is way to easy BTW), and done a bit of exploring populating most of the map. I think this region will be a nice break from fighting orc in DD.
Well I hope so, those dark areas get to me sometimes, killing in sunshine is far more fun.

60 Captain (KSM Woodworker) - 60 Hunter (KSM Jeweller/SM Cook) - 3x Guardian (KSM Scholar) - 2x Loremaster (KSM Tailor) - 7 Warden (KSM Weaponsmith)
2 Toons to 60 and I don't think I can stomach another level up. Left to play WoW
