Lottery win irregularities

If I go to my charachater page (juggerthon) it shows 2 lottery wins for 5/7. On my main player page (jugger181) those wins are not listed and I did not receive the prizes in game. Anyone else?

Does it show that you won on your "Juggerthon" character or your "~Juggerthon"?

If the latter, that is a session play character which due to a bug in the lottery system can be entered into lotteries even though it can't technically win. You should make sure to uncheck any session play/monster play characters before submitting a lottery form. Any prizes won by a session/monster play character cannot be claimed and cannot be diverted to another character.

Nope it is not the session play char. Regular char shows 2 gold gift box wins for the 7th

yes I had 3 chars of mine win but nothing showed in the mail oh well its not real money or items lol . Thank you Turbine for the lottery its pretty fun

Why not just make Monster Players unselectable?
Most people just check the top box for "select all".

Monster players are not intended to be selectable, its a bug. One that is being worked on by the web team and once resolved the problem will go away. Until that happens, take care when selecting characters to enter into lotteries.

I always do, but it is not really pertinent to this issue as Juggerthon is my 65 RK

It isn't a Brandywine clone, is it? There was a problem with them back when the lottery started.

On that note, my character Orici won two lotteries. They show up on the orici char page, and I got them in the mail. However they do not display on my main account page with my other wins.

There's a chance that due to a glitch in the mail system, you didn't receive your winnings.
