    Question Publish Post Option Missing

I'm sure this is a simple fix and I'm over looking something. This morning when I was creating a blogpost I hit "toggle fullscreen mode" and later switched it back. It was only after doing that I noticed that the publish widget normally on the right of the screen was missing.

I've tried two different browsers (chrome & firefox), reset cache, added and removed the options under "screen options" and I can't seem to bring it back.

The publish widget appears if I try to create new pages, but not new blogposts, which is what I'm trying to do.

Here's what my screen looks like.

I've scrolled to the bottom and the widget hasn't ended up elsewhere on the page either. Suggestions on how to get the publish option back? I didn't see any previous threads on this - so apologizes if this has already been answered and I missed it!

Try creating a new blog post now; it appears the permissions to your blog were set incorrectly for you. Should be cleared up now. Let us know if you still have an issue publishing.

I appear to be having the same issue. Is there somewhere other than screen options or settings-->writing to fix it? Maybe I overlooked something.

    Thanks!

No, there are no options for removing/adding the "publish" section. That appears/disappears based on your access level to the blog. In your case, your permissions managed to bump you down to a "view only" level of access.

You may need to log out of my.lotro.com before the revised settings take hold in your browser. Clearing your browser cache and lotro.com cookies wouldn't hurt either.

If the issue still persists, we'll have to mine deeper and see what the balrog is going on.

Sorry for the delay in response! I just checked and it looks like I'm still having the same problem.

I logged out and logged back in - no publish option.
I cleared all the cache & cookies from the browser then tried logging in - no publish option

I've tried IE 7, Chrome, & Firefox with the same results.

    thx for all your help!
