No changes in my.lotro info on my characters since 9/8

Bump...

My character sigs still show me in a kinship I left last week.

Additionally, one of my characters says that they are 46 when they are actually 51.

Any word on this? I've also submitted a bug report, but haven't heard anything.

I'll chime in since I have the same problem. No update on my Brandywine character details, but the activity log is current.

I've noticed that it has updated the gear on my characters, but not the level, morale or any other stats.

here is the update issue with my characters...
1. there is a toon I deleted still showing
2. levels and some misc info not updating
3. however, if I change gear that part will update
4. non of my toons appear in the kin that I joined yet

Active toons on Landroval are Kariella, Jayavani (in Broken Shadows)
the deleted toon is Karibella and there is a L2 toon which is not updating

The first toon I made jayavani shows as L10 and then stopped... but the others say error as if the toon was never logged in before

Anyone know if this is the proper place to report such issues, or if we should be sending an email or PM to an individual instead? I'd hate for us all to be reporting things here and it not getting to the right people to fix.

I also bugged it using the Community Bug Report option about a week ago, so someone should have gotten it.

oh and just for kicks... one of the characters that I deleted still shows up... Karibella of Landroval

so the kick part is I was making a new toon and typed in Karibella and it said Name Taken!

ok here is a new trick... when I tried to make a new toon named Karibella on the account that I deleted it from, it told me name taken...

so I made a 2nd account and wuddaya know... it let me make a toon named Karibella

so now the same named toon shows up in 2 spots under 2 accounts on the same server

oh and the other account has the same issue where equipment and quests will be logged but the details tab is screwed up... hope this info is helping more than just my post count

I reported the bug via forums of my characters not updating but haven't heard anything on it. Today I came across this thread, which is good cause I thought I was the only one experiencing this problem. My main character in my sig is actually level 28 but its showing level 22. The site is showing correct activity in logs yet its not updating the info under character details for all of my characters.

I've never gotten that page to work properly. My recently created characters are showing up but it often takes days to see them updated. Then again, there are characters that I've deleted over a year ago that still show up. It's a nice idea but it has to work to be useful.

Yeah I have at least one charcter that has a big gap in his activity logs.

OK, it seems like things have caught up since the patch on the 29th. You should see your character sheets and sigs updating appropriately. Kin lists should be as well, but I have no solid data to check on that score. If yours has or hasn't updated, please let me know in this thread or via PM.

My character sheet and log in my.lotro.com are not updated since a week or so too.

The character is the one in the sig and I can provide more info if needed.

Well, mine still doesn't update correctly. I have characters that have been deleted and they still show up. One character is even listed twice - once as the deleted version and once as the current version.

ha My toon is level 45 and it bounces between showing when i was level 41 and 44, and will not update other than that.I don't know why they seem to do temporary fixes
