Help me enter lotteries please!

I am a current VIP and played in beta and beyond. I keep getting the message that I have no characters eligible to enter the lottery. I have logged in all of my characters and still none show up. I can get the widget, but it keeps saying I have no characters eligible to enter. I have tried going through the game, then trying to login to mylotro that way, and still no luck.

Please, can someone help me or give me suggestions for things I can try? Thanks so much in advance for your response.

There aren't any current lottos. Check back later this morning and see if it still says the same thing.

The only one I see right now is the Skirmish Starter Pack lottery. I think it is limited in character level, starting at 20 and going to...um...40? Not sure on the upper limit.

More lotteries should be along around 4pm EST today.

Ok, I went to "my preferences" to change my signature and its not showing that I have any characters at all?!? I suspect that since the forum ID changed from old to lotro login, it probably hasn't shown any of my characters since. If there was even a person I could contact, that would be a start. But I have no idea what to do from here. HELP!

Are you sure you're using the correct forum name? I believe someone has said if you go up to where it says "logged in as..." if you have more than one forum handle (like some people have both VIP accounts and F2P accounts, which created more than one forum name), you should be able to click on your name and change to a different one.

Yep, I already tried that this morning. It was not able to "authenticate my login" under the old forum name. I've also checked to make sure cookies from lotro.com are accepted and it showed that they were. This is a little frustrating.

So you do have more than one subscription on your account and the "Logged in as.." dropdown at the top of the forum, but it won't let you choose the other name? If your characters are on the subscription tied to that other name it would explain why you are not able to see them or enter them in lotteries.

After reading the replies that indicated the secondary account may be to blame, I looked into it further. Although there isn't a sub set up under this forum account, it seems my characters aren't ready for the move yet. I tried clicking in to this old sub name and TA-DA, all of my characters were waiting.

Both accounts show that I have no characters.

Funny that is, I was entering on the new one around xmas holiday and now there are none.
