Why are only 5 of my 9 charcaters able to entry a Lottery?

The Adventurer's Lottery which ends 03/25/2011 05:00AM EDT is only allowing five of my toons from one server to enter.

Many of the lotteries have eligibility requirements like being in a specific level range. I believe this is one of them. Do your other characters fall in the range listed?

As for characters on other servers, do you play them often? If they have not been logged in for a while, they may drop off the lotteries until they are played again.

I believe it is for lvl 40's range,like Thornglen said.I have 4 lvl 40's.
And was curious as well,so I did a quick check up.

Must be the level requirement.

So used to seeing multiple Lotteries (Adventurer's, Stalwart's, etc) coming up at once that this one took me by surprise. Once entered the screen no longer shows the entry requirement, just the name and end date.

Thanks for the heads-up. Apparently the lottery restarted itself immediately after it ended. This lottery has been deleted. The real one will start at the regular time.
