Not sure what you are referring to (maybe other threads I haven't read), but all I can say is it is PvP insofar as it involves attacking other players in order to "win." So yes, it is PvP, because the object of your attacks (your bashing) are not mobs, nor neutral NPCs, nor other players.

So basically...yes...it is PvP.

PvP = Player versus Player

The Beer Fight quest/deeds involves clubbing other players within The Festival Arena. Sure sounds like players are indeed going up against other players

You are generalizing extensively. Two or three people in the thread are calling it PVP. The rest are simply complaining about the cost/token ratio.

Its PvP, plain and simple. I can stop a player from "winning" be knocking them out of the ring, they can stop me from winning the same way, and only one of us can win. Not all PvP is duels to the death.

This is PvP similare to the Node collecting and AH, where you are competing against other players to collect and sell your wares.

If its not PvP, then what is it? Sure is not PvE.
